A 30-year family recipe, finally shared

We are Stevie G Jerky, a proud family-owned and operated business in Franklinville, NJ. For more than 30 years this recipe stayed in the family. Now we've decided it's time to share it with you.

We start with a custom blend of quality beef cuts, grind in our signature spices, and craft each batch into an extruded jerky flat. The result is jerky that's tender, full of flavor and easy to eat, with none of the tough, dry chew you get from most store-bought brands. Every bag is made in the USA.

8 beef flavors and counting

We started with five flavors. Thanks to our customers' feedback (and a few requests for more heat), we now make 8 beef jerky flavors:

• Classic: Original, Honey BBQ and Teriyaki
• A little kick: Spicy Original and Hot Honey BBQ
• Sweet heat: Mango Habanero
• Serious heat: Chipotle Ghost Pepper and Carolina Reaper

We also make a Teriyaki Salmon Jerky for anyone who wants something different.

Every beef flavor except Teriyaki is gluten-free.
