Holiday shipping break: Nov 19 to 30
We're getting married! Orders placed by Wednesday, Nov 18 ship before we leave. Orders placed Nov 19 to 30 are welcome (and still get our Black Friday deal), and they'll ship starting Tuesday, Dec 1. For Christmas delivery, please order by Tuesday, Dec 15. Thank you for your patience and for supporting our family business.
Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. We don't ship on weekends or holidays, and orders placed after 12 PM ET on Friday ship the following week.
During busy times, shipments may take a few extra days. If your order will be significantly delayed, we'll contact you by email or phone.

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We don't currently ship internationally.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours.
Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and keep the packaging and damaged items so we can help with a carrier claim.
Incorrect addresses and refused delivery
We do our best to validate every shipping address at checkout. If we can't validate an address, we'll reach out to confirm it. If we can't reach you, the order will be canceled and refunded. Stevie G Jerky isn't responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Missing or stolen packages
If the carrier shows your order as delivered but you didn't receive it, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll file a claim with the carrier. We'll replace or refund your order once the claim is resolved, which can take up to 21 days.
